There will be No Commission when your home sells For Sale By Owner (FSBO) without a Buyer's Agent.
If the buyer has an agent you pay just 1.5% - 3% (your choice) paid at closing (1% - 2.5% to the Buyer's Agent, plus 0.5% to us).
Whether the buyer has an agent or not you get our coaching throughout the whole process, and you save thousands at closing!
Additional MLS Listing in a second category?- If your property could be listed in two MLS categories (Free Standing Condo could also be listed as a Single family home; Single family home with an in-law apartment could also be listed as a Multifamily home, etc.) we can add that extra listing for just $99 so you really won't miss ANY buyers.
